We require a deposit of 50% of the service price in order to book.
If you are pregnant, we require 14 weeks in order to perform services. Be sure to book under our Prenatal section.
The intake forms are very important for our ability to work with you safely. Please be sure to fill them out accurately!

Appointment Cancellations
We understand that life happens, and appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled. We also want you to understand that repeated cancellations and no-shows mean loss of income for us. We ask that you let us know ASAP if you can't make your appointment with us. Otherwise…
Cancellations less than 6 hours before your session, and no calls/no shows will result in a forfeit of your deposit (50% of the service cost); we will either retain the deposit you put down, or charge the deposit to your gift voucher if applicable.
Perpetual cancellations may be subjected to a 50% fee as well as limited scheduling availability.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes past your appointment time, without prior contact with our facility, may result in shortened service time.
Arrivals more than 20 minutes past your appointment time may result in cancellation of your service and forfeit of your deposit.
“What else do you do? Can I see the therapists before my service? Is there a special menu?” Short answer: NO.
We hate even mentioning this seedy underbelly of our industry that continues to feed the modern‑day slavery issue we have in Florida. It should go without saying, but we’ll say it anyway — Haven Spa & Wellness Studio provides only legal, professional services. If it’s not on our menu, we don’t do it. Take your business elsewhere. And tell your friends to do the same.
A few firm (and friendly) house rules:
Harassing our staff or clients, or soliciting sexual services by phone, text, or in person is completely unacceptable. Do it and you’ll be banned — and we’ll share every bit of contact info we have with law enforcement.
We’re not fooled by euphemisms or “clever” code words. We’ve heard them all. Take the BS elsewhere.
Our therapists may end a session immediately if they feel threatened or uncomfortable. If that happens, you’ll be asked to leave, banned from our location, and your contact information will be turned over to the authorities. You’ll also be charged the full price of your scheduled service.
Refuse to leave? TPD will happily give you a free ride and you’ll be formally trespassed, and possibly charged.
Does this sound strict? Good. Creating a safe, respectful space for our guests and our team is literally in our mission statement — and we mean it. We love doing what we do, but not at the cost of someone’s safety or dignity. Respect the space, respect the people, or take your business elsewhere.
