Total Tension Relief Facial and Massage
This massage/facial combo will melt away stress from your face, neck, shoulders, and give your skin a more radiant glow! Includes a combination of methods, such as massage and myofascial work, lymphatic drainage, buccal massage (intra-oral optional), and more.
Advanced Custom Facial Treatment
This treatment is designed to combat acne, aging, and hyperpigmentation. Methods used can include radio frequency, ultrasound, hydrodiamond, oxygen infusion, and more.
Facial Sculpt and Lift Massage
This treatment brings out your skin’s natural vitality while giving your face a gentle workout. Using targeted sculpting and lifting techniques, the massage tones and redefines facial contours, and helps to soften tension in the jaw, brow, and cheeks. Gentle lymphatic drainage reduces puffiness and releases stagnant lymph. Add-ons are available to enhance the results.
Scalp Invigorator
This service includes massage, high frequency or microcurrent, a scalp oil treatment, all to stimulate blood flow, flush old lymph, and rejuvenate the scalp.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage Therapy
I provide relief of very low grade edema, headaches and migraines, swelling from non-acute injuries, stagnant lymph, or post-operative lymphatic care. I can also provide Complete Decongestive Therapy for treatment of lymphedema. Read more about that here.
I am trained in Brazilian Lymphatic Massage, which treats the lymph system, but also incorporates spreading of the fascia, stretching and kneading of the tissues, and targeted pressure to loosen adhesions and promote better lymph flow.
The method used in your service will be determined by your needs. This service is 60 minutes by default, but we can discuss a longer service if your needs demand more time.

Insurance
We don’t bill insurance directly, but we’re happy to provide medical documentation and detailed receipts you can submit for possible reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement policies vary by insurer, so we recommend confirming with your provider before your visit. Full payment is collected at the time of service.
A Little About Me
Serving Tallahassee’s well-being since 2011, Haven opened its doors in 2016 — and yes, that was my proud, caffeine-fueled moment. I’m licensed in massage therapy and skincare, a Certified Integrative Health Coach, a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT), a certified buccal massage practitioner, and an established Manual Lymphatic Drainage pro. In short: I fix knots, soothe skin, and boss lymph fluid into behaving.
Friends call me fun and creative. They also call me too tall, a little awkward, and someone who laughs like it’s cardio. I’ve been known to trip over flat surfaces (it’s a talent), but I do what I love — which, happily, keeps my mood perky and my hands steady.
Gen-Xer here! I adore games (board, video, and the occasional game of “who ate the last cookie”), comic books, cheesy 80s movies, and a random assortment of music. Tea > everything. Cat mom? Absolutely. Terrible artist? Guilty as charged. Pretty good cook? Also true — I can make a mean comfort meal after a long day of helping people feel better.
