Protocols for Appointments during COVID-19
We have a number of clients who are at-risk or who live with someone who is at-risk for COVID-19. For this reason, we are enforcing the following protocols for all clientele, without exception:
If you can prepay for your appointment, please do! This will limit the amount of contact you have with our equipment.
When you arrive for your appointment, wait in your car. We will call you when we are ready for you. If you are running late, let us know - 8504213040. Because we are spending a ton of extra time sanitizing between appointments, we will not be able to extend your service beyond your appointment time if you are late.
Wear a face mask to the spa. Do not remove unless told to do so. Our service providers will also wear masks the entire time during your appointment. Need a resource for PPE? Masks For Tally is a great resource to find some!
Only bring in what is essential, if possible. Limiting what you bring in reduces your contact with surfaces.
We will have hand sanitizers in every area of the spa. Feel free to use it liberally!
Do not come in if you are sick! Seriously, this applies even when we are not in a pandemic. We absolutely cannot serve anyone that shows obvious signs of illness. We ask that you do not come in if you have been sick in the past 14 days, or have been in contact with someone that was sick in the past 14 days.
We will be taking your temperature with a no-contact thermometer.
We will be sanitizing everything you touch. This is not to offend, obviously. We are adhering to strict rules of sanitation to ensure the safety of everyone.
We will also be performing intake questionnaires on everyone that comes in, regardless if you have seen us before.

Here are the rules we are following for safety:
We are holding ourselves to the same restrictions we hold for our clients. Our temperatures will be taken every day before we start work, we will not have been in contact with anyone who was sick, and we will not come in sick.
We use Barbicide for sanitation, which has an active ingredient of quaternary ammonium, and is approved by the EPA for prevention of coronavirus. We already do this in our standard practice, however the frequency that we sanitize will be increased to all surfaces between appointments.
We will wear masks and, optionally, gloves during your entire interaction with us.
Masks, gloves, and linens will be changed between every client.
We will not be offering beverages, we will not have displays and retail available, and we will not be in physical contact with anyone at the spa.
