What Else Do We Do?
It should go without saying, but we'll go ahead and say it - we strictly perform LEGAL and PROFESSIONAL services. If it's not on our menu, we don't do it. Our staff reserves the right to end a session if they feel threatened or uncomfortable in any way. If this happens, you will be asked to leave and you will be charged the full amount of your scheduled service.
We understand that life happens, and appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled. We also want you to understand that repeated cancellations mean loss of income for us. We ask that you please let us know ASAP if you can't make your appointment with us. We capture your credit card to reserve your spot on our calendar. Cancellations less than an hour before your session, and no calls/no shows will result in a $20 fee per staff member scheduled for your appointment. Perpetual cancellations may be subjected to a $20 fee as well as limited scheduling availability.
Gift certificates cannot be refunded, but can be exchanged for store credit.
